Backbar Zen provides salon management software including but not limited to:

Client management
Inventory tracking
Appointment scheduling
Payment processing
AI-assisted features

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
All activities under your account
Ensuring accurate client and business data
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your subscription agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Backbar Zen, you agree to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Backbar Zen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
